MSPD Apprehends 4 Subjects After LPR Hit

Miami Springs Police apprehended 4 subjects after the automated license plate reader or LPR on Canal Street got a hit on a stolen car.

According to the Miami Springs Police Department, the LPR got a hit early afternoon on Thursday, June 21st.  Miami Springs Police immediately dispatched and located the vehicle.  The vehicle fled at a high rate of speed.  To avoid endangering the public, Miami Springs Police did not give chase.  Within seconds, Miami Springs Police found the car abandoned on Park Street and immediately apprehended 3 suspects.  Shortly thereafter, Miami Springs Police apprehended the 4th subject after a brief search.  

The 4 suspects were in Miami Springs custody undergoing interviews.
